    • Orders will be processed during regular business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.
    • Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the following business day.

  2. Shipping Confirmation:

    • An email notification will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.

  3. Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Times:

    • Canada:

      • Estimated Delivery: 6-7 Business Days
      • Shipping Fee: $15 CAD

    • United States:

      • Estimated Delivery: 10-15 Business Days
      • Shipping Fee: $15 CAD

Returns and exchange

Credit is available within 10 days of the items being delivered. Please contact apparel@muslimcounselling.ca with your name, order number and photos to initiate return process.
